I would like to make a suggestion, to solve various problems of the game related to trade, the depopulation of the outer cities and therefore their lack of income. The PvP and PvE system and make it more interesting.
It is as simple as that when taking a resource from a territory that is not dominated by your faction, PvP is activated while you take the resource and the PvP effect lasts 1 min later.
Let me explain this little detail to please the PvP people since they will be able to patrol their territory defending the resources. Giving more sense to wanting to make wars, to dominate these resources and farming routes. Giving a true meaning to the faction war because you can go freely through enemy territory without taking any risk.
Therefore stabilizing the economy since the resources of the outer cities are not in the central ones. forcing to trade and if you want said resource without doing PvP go to that city to buy it.
For the PvE people it will be more exciting and their work will acquire more value and it will encourage teaming up to collect resources in other territories, mixing PvP and PvE people.
I hope a feedback from people, so that this suggestion reaches the top, together we will make this game a good game.

Have you ever thought that pve crowd (me included), don’t like to engage in pvp activities? How many topics do we need to state that? I’m also leveling up a character to be factionless so I don’t have even a slight chance to be in pvp.
Your solution might work for pvp crowd and was suggested already several times what would imply in a massive withdraw of pve crowd. So no… Sorry don’t mean to be rude, but there are better ways to solve economy issues than putting people on uncomfortable situations.
