• Describe the issue you are experiencing: “WIthin Fate’s Grasp” Quest stuck on “Visit Outfitting Station” even though item is crafted

  How did the issue affect your gameplay: Cant Complete a main story Quest
  Were you able to recover from the issue: i have restarted the Quest and collected all components again and crafted the item but cant finish the quest

Please try to reopen and close the outfitting station a couple of times. That should fix it.
