Wooden Fishing Pole durability degrades even if I don't use it

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Craft and equip the basic Wooden Fishing Pole. DO NOT USE IT at all to fish. Over time, Durability degrades even if you keep repairing it.
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Have to keep repairing. Maybe affect all other tools, hence the fast decay rate on tools.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Repair

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: as indicated above.

This is happening to me also but with all of my unused inventory items. Armor, weapons, and gathering tools.
