It appears the market order flag is in an incorrect state after removing a lot of buy and sell orders in a short period. This locks you out of transferring. What we need to do is reset it correctly.
Simply list another item on the trading post and have someone buy it - I listed cinnabar cheap and advertised in global.
Once the sale order goes through, your active order counter again goes to 0 but this time the flag is set correctly and you can transfer out.
edit: tried doing 1 item still same bug cant transfer
