Describe the issue you are experiencing:i didnt get world change token for free at the start
the transfer token wa handed out from november 2021 till february 2022 and you dont get free tokens when you just started the game so if you wanna transfer you need to buy it from the store.

Really sorry for this you experienced with the transfer token, unfortunately as @brainmanager stated, the free transfer token wave was during certain dates. If your character was not active then it mean you don’t get the token. If your account was eligible the token should be available in the World Transfer tab. under in-game Store.
