So I haven’t played for a while, but I had two characters in different worlds on the AP Southeast servers, which were merged into the same world when the world merges took place. Since then, I decided to delete one of these characters and create a new one, however Delos is the only option for me to select, but I cannot create another character in that world because my other character is in there. I’ve tried refreshing the page and reopening my game but it seems as if Delos is the only world left in my region, so I’m left to either join a 200+ ping server or delete my level 60 character. Is this just a bug and the list of worlds aren’t showing or am I stuck in this situation where I can only have one character at all now?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with character creation. Please note we only allow one created character per server at present. The reason you had two before, was due to a merge, in which case we allow a maximum of two. This is intended game behavior and, unfortunately, cannot be modified.

I am in the same boat basically. My children share my account, and I brought them an account of their own. On their account, they had a character each, and they would have a blast playing together using the two accounts, taking turns using my max level.
Recently, my youngest decided he wanted to start again, something he frustratingly does quite often on any game, several times so far on NW. Only this time, his deletion was permanent. It’s really upset him and killed their mojo for the game, his older brother doesn’t like sharing his character, so my younger boy can’t really play NW anymore.
I think Amazon should reconsider this restriction on OCE, since we’re down to only a single server now. There will be plenty of people who have two characters because of merges, why not allow everyone to do it at this point?

1- Press “Esc”, select Game Menu, and then Submit Feedback.
2- Provide a description of the feedback, rate your experience, and then select Submit.
