Had my character Zaros Mahson on US East since October 5th and should have a Transfer Token but in the store it is not there. I did create a character on EU not long ago but I dont see how that would mess up the token. The world I was on also merged with another which may have messed up the token but I have never actively changed and want to now. How can I get my token back?

Be sure to have your game logs ready in case they ask for them:
- Provide 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups
- DxDiag report: Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag. Click on dxdiag.exe. When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
