Yesterday I talked to support chat regarding my free token which I should have received a piece of for free after the game was bought, I never got it from you.
So what you are saying now is that we should just forget about our token that we should have had for free?
I’m three weeks old in New World and I am “this” close to uninstall the game. You’ve been given too many chances by your customers, it will not be long before you lose everyone.

Within 48 hours of game launch i believe the 28th of September I’ve been in the same world.
My world has no messages for a merge
My account is active and not a bot. It’s pretty evident as I was in top 1.5% of steam players to reach lvl60 and I’ve invested at least 550+ hours in this account (steam app time states over 600hours open)
Please don’t tell me the grind for 143 furnishing and 160 in all refining and gathering was for nothing. To play an endgame solo which is impossible.
my character has nothing tot do with that thread.
so what’s going on? i dont fit the description of the bots mentioned in you thread and ive been here since your game launched…

I looked into your issue a little further and I was able to see that our system indicates that the transfer token was given to your account but it also shows it has been used already. I see that in your post you indicate that you haven’t used it, so if you’d like I could created a report to have this investigated for you, just let me know!

yes please i would appreciate the investigation, i think it was due to a bug when i made a second account tranfser to world i want to go to. however the account was deleted never past level 6 and no form of wealth transfer ever happened with that character so it not like i was botting, it was only used to ask global chat a couple questions to see if i would like to move there, things like, how populated is it and are the settlements dominated by one company/ faction.
so what’s happening??

How many players are you playing with? Have you used your token on another player? Tokens dont go away unless they are used or removed because your server is getting ready to merge or there is an issue with bots. That being said, have you used a token before this one?
yes ive used it a couple weeks ago and only noticed now
my world peaks at 260 players in the last 7 days, i stopped watermarking 2 weeks ago since i literally cant find a group. however my sever is not down for a merge.
That is the low range and my server is on the list to merge this Monday. Just give it some time…

so if i use it on different character its deletes for the other one? whish you made it clearer for everyone. also that’s kind of stupid as all new characters i make comes with a token so i can transfer as many new characters as i want just not my main. nice.
also stupid how i made like 3 transfers on other characters before the end of November and my token for my main (LeonardoCS7) was still there at the start of the month, it just got deleted out of no where with no explanation on how they actually work. i want to play on a world where im not the only one global chat and i don’t need google translate to talk to other people
i have created an account on Muspelheim, once i get a token i will delete the level7 account and move there, if you’re not gonna give the token that was deleted with no explanation, can you at least move me yourself and delete the level 7 account.
my main character with 600+ hours has always been on corbinec since 28th, i made new characters to find suitable world to transfer to and find companies who would let me join when i do transfer, those characters used tokens.
Does the token get deleted on the first character if you use it on the second one, is the token shared or not and if so why do i get a free token with as many second characters as i make but not my main.
please tell me if it works like this
and if it does how long till the next wave of tokens

Correct, the transfer token is a 1 use only token, so if you use it on 1 character regardless of the level then it’s spent. So basically you can only use the token once.
As in regards of a new wave of free tokens we don’t have an estimate time frame. But you can keep an eye out here for updates: Official News - New World Forums!

The token is / was per account … we have all been there and feel your pain. I am sure in the future AWS will be allowing transfers to others servers and playing with multiple accounts on one server… So just give them time and they will offer you more options.

cos of lack of comunication im gonna quit
i have 640 hours logged so everyone can tell i like the game but im quit not due to the game but due to the devs on their poor communication on how tokens work
this is actually BS after 640hours and 40 GBP
i feel more robbed of time and money on this game than the whole call of duty and battlefield franchise where i bought every single game and have minimum 700 hours logged on each cos i was a neek in primary and secondary school
I am sure there was some information about the tokens when it came out and i am sure there was changes to the official terms of it. So I cant fault you for taking some kidney shots at NW communication but… they will eventually get it worked out… server merged happening each week and hopefully yours will be moved to a great place. They also said they will allow transfers and dual accounts to servers too… all these is promising … good luck…
