Nowhere did I act as a member of support, I simply stated that I agreed with what they told you in regards to the issue you raised with them.

I doubt itâs trolling. Outrage people typically believe they are completely justified in punishing others that hurt them regardless of fairness. Forgiveness or avoidance does not compute.

I understand that people are saying rude things to you and that is wrong and inappropriate, but that is what the block function is for. Unless they are perhaps threatening you and you take that seriously enough, then it really shouldnât be elevated higher than that in my opinion

I think itâs not that they accept it, itâs that they are of the same opinion as some of us here on this thread. As in they feel that blocking them should solve your issue, which it would.
If they can solve a problem at the lowest possible level, while keeping more people playing, then they will.

and thats the sad truth about the state of affairs when it comes to harassment - which is why i opened this thread in the first place - when it comes to this sort of thing u can only count on yourself to shield from harassment - which should not be the case at all - its like saying that they want no harassment in the game and the player to feel protected - but at the same time when u are getting harassed it doesnt matter to us because u can just block them - we will not take action only because of harassment

Your expectations of the support team are unreasonable. You have been provided a tool to resolve this issue yourself with a couple clicks.
When I have a client that reaches out for support and they can solve their own problem with a feature we have provided for exactly that purpose, I direct them to that feature. I donât do it for them. That way you donât have the same people reaching out over and over for the same issue, wasting everyones time.
You are in the wrong here, not support. If you continue to not get it at this point then you must be trolling.

The way to resolve this was already provided. Just block them. Itâs not hard.
You really harassing support about this and saying they are terrible at their job when they told you to do what you already should have done?
