Would these simple changes fix PvP?

What is tankiness? Amount of time you survive under pressure? Or amount of hits you can take?
Because as far as meta is concerned rn. light armor can survive longer and dish out more damage than heavy armor rn

Today on OPR I almost oneshoted light armor guy with fire ball he got like 7,2k damage, dunno if it would be possible if he wear heavy, difference between heavy and light is like 800-1000 per hit.

Bad gear, run 5 piece resilient, 150 con and battle bread. Also shirking forti and shirking energy - good luck killing someone like that if he also has a healer

Im not asking for a nerf to shirking fort on light armor bro… im asking for a slight BUFF for shirking fort in medium and heavy. Not everything has to be just nerf nerf nerf

If they did that it would make musket almost completely useless honestly unless they buffed its mobility etc, which at that point would just make it a bow 2.0.
