You like this game and you defend it rather well which is very appreciable. However, you can’t say that AG is listening to us.
Of all our important wishes that the moderators pass on to them, I have yet to see anything concrete back from AGS. They do what they want and prove it to us with every update.
Well, it is true. It does work. You can google “best MMORPG” and on pretty much any websites list, wow will be #1 or close to it. Blizzards business model also “just works”. I am sure they turn a nice profit every quarter. Not really sure where all your hate is coming from, but it sounds like out of envy because your game is not on any top 10 list.
I play both, however neither one is scratching the itch for me atm. Been having more fun pvp’ing in DAoC lately to be honest.
But, to each their own. Glad you love this game and even though it is highly doubtful, i hope you continue to enjoy it for many years to come.

Just because they don’t implement what people want doesn’t mean they aren’t listening. They may just not agree with what you are asking.

I have seen my feedback answered. Recent is the suggestion to make Wars a real instance. Been mentioning that since CB.
There is more than these forums used for feedback. It can’t be said enough.
Or that it is in a stack of things to do and it’s at the bottom or somewhere near there.
So many variables yet certain people think they know how it is supposed to be.

I made a topic in CB phase about making War an instance 100% to assist in desync resolution and overall server performance.
But scaling was the loudest discussion. And with all loud discussions, other ideas get lost.
There is nothing personal in what I am saying.
They’ve done everything I’ve asked for so far within reason and time allowing. Some things take many months to implement. Yes they have been listening, but not to everyone and for everything since many things conflict / contradict with other things other people are asking for…

Not out of defiance, however, I’d be curious to know what areas of the game they concern.

It’s interesting to me, but the repetitive nature of PvE is what I find relaxing about it.
I know the monsters, I know what they’re capable of, and I know how to react. It’s like performing a well-rehearsed dance.
PvP is where I challenge myself (against others doing the same).
The problem New World had was originally that the PvE dance was way too easy. Tempest’s Heart was a huge improvement on that and I hope they add increasingly challenging PvE content. Ideally, some anti-Zerg World Bosses would be a lot of fun. Instanced content is very anti-MMO to me.

It’s so weird too because instanced content tends to be PVE content in most MMOs but NW has the potential to be a breath of fresh air. Totally agree. Hope to see them really work on the open world soon.

I agree. I’m pretty happy with the state of the game. Could use more content but i burn through content pretty quickly so I understand

i dont hate the game but some of their mechanics have made the game a bit of a garbage state. ive even been suggesting ways to improve the game and possible ways to bring back players. no irrational hatred here.
