I recently bought the new blood staff skin, but I did not know that it only applies for the life staff. Now I never play with the life staff or intend to. So its a waste i bought it wrongfully

Why is that? I know I made a mistake but, I find it a very waste of my money since I never gonna use the skin. I really want to spend it on something I DO use.
