Wrong UTC downtime time on the website (old title: Downtime time has been changed?)

I got a screenshot I send to a friend about servers going downtime a few dozen minutes after it being announced

But now I see that the planned time has been changed to 12am UTC @Aenwyn could you confirm, please?

Also on behalf of other players: could I ask you in the future to make such changes as the separate message in the thread? Because I just discovered time change by an accident and notification on the forum will not trigger a reaction to a message being edited. Some player may plan their activities accordingly, news websites may use date incorrectly, etc. In overall, downtime could be an important thing and change of planned downtime is no different to planned downtime being increased from initial estimation - I mean they both require additional communication with community to make sure those care about it got notified

Thanks in advance

5AM PT is the correct time. However, it was correct on the forum post when it went live, so there was no reason to thread a response. We apologize for any confusion the initially incorrect time in the article caused.

We definitely understand how important knowing that time can be to your gameplay.

Oh, I see. Not sure right now where exactly I made a screenshot and because not used to PT/etc time zones didn’t understand that UTC 1am is a mistake and should have written 1pm UTC instead

Thanks for your reply!

I found it!

Time on the official website is still wrong right now

5AM PT is 1PM UTC, not 1AM UTC

Hopefully you can contact those in charge of the website posts to make an update
