Wrongfully Perma banned

So as of 11/15/2021 after the 12pm matienece my dad got banned for "cheating ". Which was odd as all three of us (my brother,dad,and myself) would play together and farm trade usual mmo stuff. Now here something to note
My dad was only one that uses the okayed overwolf map addon

Now here the dilemma we tried doing ban appeal twice we contacted support (which thanks abe han was pretty good on the situation) but we got shot down by the ban appeal twice despite the second time we believedit because overwolf addon which could be the case but regardless he has done nothing wrong to warrant a perma ban. He hasnt duped he does sell stuff on the market but that cause he at home playing the game farming up resources for me and my brother to lvl armoring and Jewel crafting so on. If a dev could look back at the case of kermudgeon on the server tarshish they would find he was on early morning sometimes late at night to all day in middle doing what he does and may got accused of either players thinking he is a bot or something.

I’m sorry for the frustration this caused your Father, but we are not the correct department only the appeals team can review the bans and penalty appeals can only be handled through email. The player banned needs to submit a web ticket here Appeal a Ban - Support | Amazon Games, if you have not already done so. Please do not submit multiple tickets, as that will only delay a review of your penalty.
