I am posting this for a friend who was banned and cannot post on the forums.
“My account “vengg” from the Midgard server (recently transferred from Hades) was wrongfully PERMANENTLY banned today. All I was doing today was buying craft mod items and selling mutation expedition slots, other than that I had little to no interactions with other people. I’ve submitted an appeal ticket already and they claimed that the suspension was justified, however the reasoning they gave me was very vague. From their response it sounds like they believe that I was selling in-game gold for real life money, which is definitely not the case. I spoke with numerous live customer support representatives, most of which told me to just submit an appeal ticket (which I had already tried). One customer service representative told me to try posting on the forums however, so here I am. All I ask is for a second look into my suspension, because I can 100% confidently say that I never broke any in-game rules. I strongly believe whoever reviewed my ban appeal and denied it did not look carefully enough. Please help
