I mean…“Software” “defect” and “Installation” are pretty obvious but a quick trip to Google Translate reveals:

Thank you for your input. This error comes up for one of several reasons:
1- There is 3rd party software running in the background that is detected as conflicting. Try closing any other apps you are running in the background.
2- The download files are corrupted. Please verify the integrity of game with the Steam integrity check

3- If the above did not correct it, a full re-download may be required.
