I’m really sorry about this situation and I totally understand the frustration you’re going through, a ban is something that can be troubling and with no resolution it can be a dead end.
As you have probably seen the ban related posts cannot be addressed via forum nor love chat, the only option is going through the ban appeal.
I highly appreciate the time you took to collect all this information and share us your valuable feedback that I will share with the team in charge of this subjects.
I wish I could give you another answer however we don’t have the possibility to address this here at the forum.

This is literally the problem nobody take the time to actually see people concern when it comes to bans, which is really sad, their ticket system is a legit automatic system there you don’t get any type of support or even the opportunity to talk to a real person……

You can. Please proceed this to the game mods. The same issue has happened with many players who got unfair bans and game mods removed them.

I know the AGS team working on this forum don’t have the ability to deal with this kind of request here, and this not what i’m asking for.
What I would like from you is to take this topic/issue and forward it directly to the dev team as I don’t have any interlocutor to talk with.
We are convinced that there’s an issue related to EAC concerning false ban, and I could understand mistake could happend.
As you said, those issue cannot be addressed via forum nor live chat, the only possibility I have is to send ticket ( Appeal a Ban - Support | Amazon Games ), and there is no dialogue possibility, just a one way exchange where I can’t act.
Don’t take it personally, but yes, I need futher assistance, that’s why I’m spending that much time to get a anwser, I better do something else rather than writting topic on this forum about those kind of subject.

Yeah, that’s a bit frustrating ( euphemism ). I can’t imagine how many people in the same situation than me just give up and quit forever, faced to those process which are not user-friendly.
You can actually talk with people throught live tchat, but again, this kind of issue are not part of their tasks and instantly send you the link to the ticket process once you mentioned the word “ban”, only one person went deeper to tell me what is happening.

Do you remember before 2 weeks that a streamer got false permabanned (he was fishing).
The CS told him that his ban is fair. Then he wrote a post here, you took care of it and removed the ban.
Can you do the same with this guy please?

Please make sure that i’m not only asking for an unban, i’m also (and you too AGS) interest in understanding how I got ban in order to fix a potential issue, but also to make sure anybody else would be ban related to this issue.

That’s the reason why many people here calling me toxic. Cuz we must know what it this which triggers the EAC.
Or maybe is EAC bugged?

I’m sorry to tag you on this topic (I don’t like to do those things), but I still got no constructive answer from anyone.
I’m perma ban since 2 weeks, and i’m fed up trying fight with the support, which give no real answer, only automatic replies.
I’ve spent more than one hour to write this topic, to compile every piece of information I have, got replies from lot of player from my server, from each faction, I know it’s not a proof of my innocence, but please, have a look on my situation and forward it to devs team, or moderation team.
The only thing I got is :

I know you are not able to give me more information, I know the process, only moderation “team” is able to answer about my concern.
Sorry but again, this is not what I am asking for. What i’d like from people working on this forum is taking this topic and forward it to the dev or moderation or whatever who is able to have a look, i’m fed up sending ticket to the moderation “team” bot.
I still don’t understand after that much time I spent on various support, I still got no real help, I’m not a cheater, and be accused of cheating makes me angry.
Should I do that and spit my salt on every post saying " the game is fine but you can be stolen by AGS " ? I’m not that kind of people.
And think about one thing : how many player got ban and never fight to recover their account simply because they have to buy a new account to be able to talk with you here on this forum ?
I’m a long time admin on numerous other online game servers, was with punksbusted for awhile and had lots of banned players.
First, the admin will never tell you why you were banned in most instances because by telling you they will alert you and the rest of cheat community what file to hide or how to avoid detection.
Second, if he plays thru steam, steam may have detected the cheat and ags has no clue what triggered it, be lucky steam doesn’t ban your hardware
Third, don’t download or install any cheat for any game, as certain anti-cheat can find those cheats as well. Even if the cheat is for another game it can have dll files and other files meant for this game.
Hope this teaches you and others not to test cheats

Thanks for your feedback from your experience.
Concerning your first answer, I clearly understand your point of view and understand they won’t say why I got banned, despite it seams they don’t bother what i’m saying.
Concerning the second point, i’m using steam since many years and have no issue or ban in any other game, and got no ban during 7 month. Suddenly, i got those ban coming from nowhere.
Concerning the last point, I got an old rimworld (not played since 5 years maybe), might be the root cause, but as they don’t say anything about my ban, i can’t know, even if I think it is linked to a Ram cleaner that I used to use
I got a new account since a month, got no issue so far, deleted this old rimworld, stop using this Ram cleaner.
Hope this teaches you and others not to test cheats
Dude, thanks for your feedback, I appreciate the time you spend explaining those things I didn’t knew that, but please, keep this sentence for your kid.
Do you think someone would spend more than what, 10+ hours to deal with this kind of situation if he would be guilty ?
Yes, people caught cheating will go to extreme lengths to get unbanned and come up with amazing reasons for what happened! Kind of like the dog ate my homework. Had lots and lots of the banned players come to the forums and do everything you did and lots more. Had several people complain to the leader of my clan that I unjustly banned them ( I was the leader of the clan). Same people who got banned from game also ended up getting banned from the forums, create another account in the forums and plead innocence. So sorry if you got caught with a cheat, I would have more respect for you if you manned up and admitted it and moved on. Thankfully for you it was a key ban and not a hardware ban, or a steam ban.
Ps I have banned more grown ups for cheating then kids… Kind of funny that adults with no skill will grab cheats long before a kid with no skills will. Also the grown ups seem to cry about it way more then the kids who got caught do, most kids admit they screwed up, were as the grown ups wont…

You’re maybe right, i don’t have your experience dealing with cheaters.
But, man, I’m not a cheater, I don’t cheat, I report f*cking bot I see, saw few of them growing, doing the same run for weeks, grow from lvl 10ish to 50ish ez.
I won’t say i’m guilty because i’m not, i’m just a guy playing this game, just like the average player, except i’m a main pvp guy, and we all know that it means i’m more likely face to report for cheating.
If you have time to spend, look at topic i’ve done before this one asking for help.
I understand they won’t do anything for me as they think i’m a cheater and I don’t have any tool to show i’m not guilty, now, I just want to show there’s an issue.
How can I protect myself from this possibility ? recording every game session to show them what I do in the game ?
Edit : should I force a temporary ban on my new account to show how I got ban (as i think i know the root cause ) ?

Try actually reading what he wrote. The ban system is deeply flawed. Xuppra is doing the whole community a service by bringing it up. Bots should be banned, but currently there are also people getting banned who did nothing wrong.
