Hi, I am having this issue currently. Everywhere I read it says that this is no longer an issue and was fixed in the “release hubbub” according to a CSR on another post (in german) - but I am currently having this issue.
Server: Valhalla (US-East)
Character: Buck Dallas
I was logged out for going afk (there was a tornado in my area that passed over thankfully) - but now I am unable to get back in. Have been trapped in this que for a while now… and this time of night my server usually has no queue at all.

Thank you for reaching to us and yes normally this situation it’s fixed by this point although it can still happen to some players.
This could some reasons that that might be causing this experience
- Closing applications that take up high amounts of bandwidth, or experience bandwidth spikes, may increase the total bandwidth available on your computer.
- Switching to a wired connection ensures that lag isn’t being caused by wireless interference, weak wireless signal, etc. Connect your computer directly to your router or modem and then disable your computer’s wireless adapter to ensure it’s not being used.
- Disable VPN or proxy services. Ensure that you’re not using a VPN or Proxy while playing, they can cause connectivity issues such as high latency. We recommend disabling them temporarily while you play, to see if that resolves the issue.
This is because this problem is caused by connectivity issues, if the problem persist please private message me you character name and server name to escalate this this to our devs.
