They really do with all these bannings. They’ve claimed before that autobans are not a thing. But even if they aren’t, something is seriously amiss. The guys reviewing these reports are either incompetent or lazy.

Its a very sad state the game is in right now. Terrible developers, terrible community managers and terrible outsourced moderation for bans.
Whats happening is if you say/do anything the outsourced moderators who dont speak English think is bad in anyway they will suspend the account. They have no clue what they are doing or how to do it. This is 100% AGS just being a terribly run company with poor leadership.
Open PVP is ok,
But it depens what you did. Was it in Areas or was it Camp spawn camping ?
Because camp spawn camping is a reason to report you for Griefing.
So that could be the reason for it.
Meanwhile on my server you got people openly bragging about duping and using alt accounts to snipe war decs and stealing territories so we can’t cap them and ensuring they have guaranteed themselves more gold per territory when the merge happens vOv
If you flag and I flag you can be attacked. If I flag and you unflag you can not be attacked. There is no camping of areas. You can literally turn off the pvp flag and stand in front of me and I can do nothing.

I don´t think you understand the therm of Griefing.
If you Camp the Respawn location, A T5 Camp and you kill them serveral times thats Griefing.
So its legitimate when you get reported for that. So it could be a possibility that you got banned for that.

Except you might be decent a farm spot your gaming but we can’t get rid of there respawn camp so we have to kill them again so they don’t hit us when we get vulnerable on a mob
How so? If you were entitled to some reprieve after spawning the game would have given you some seconds of invulnerability. You don’t.
You can just spawn in town to avoid this .
That’s not griefing they should respawn at the settlement instead of a camp or we need to be able to destroy them. Otherwise the person winning can’t farm mobs cause they get jumped by the guy who keeps dieing the moment there HP drops a little and they think they have a chance so we left to having to kill them again in hope they respawn elsewhere. Tbh the guy respawingbay co constant is actually griefing the guy who killed them for coming into the camp they were farming
This goes for everything in this game op be it a mass ban for pvp or a mass ban report for telling companies that the tax on extreme is killing the server to hitting a node and a few other things.

If what you said is correct then either you did the respectable thing and did pvp face to face or you did what cowards do and sit on the mountain sniping long range once they jump down.
at this point it isnt called pvp but griefing.
if this is what you do rather than face to face then AGS is actually a bit too lenient with such minor penalties for toxic cowards.
