Describe the issue you are experiencing:
Every time I click F5 to play music on Sturgeon Hotspot, when someone is already playing there, I get message “You cannot place another performance zone for 1h x minutes” and can’t play instruments at all for 1h and x minutes. So basically every time when I try to play music in group, I get blocked from playing for 1,5h. -

I cannot participate in the basic activity of this festival. I mean, why the hell does this message and blocking the ability to play music even exist in the game? Are you trying to annoy players or what? -
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:
Relog does not work. I need to wait for 1,5h to be able to play music again. And this bug repeats every time when I try to play on the hotspot when there is someone already playing. -
