You can no longer type the letter V in chat, except for specific words like violet or vampire - other words do not work such as viking, maeve - you cannot do the letter v on it’s own, or mixed in to other words such as pvp, the message does not send

Yup, can confirm.
It’s most probably a band aid fix for the chat HTML code vulnerabilities/exploits. It was possible to not only mess around with huge sausages but actually cause other people to crash. Let’s just hope they eventually revert that change once they release an actual fix for the chat code problem.

using html in a game’s chat is dumb anyways. Especially for something simple like this chat. Plenty of ways to do the hover-overs without html :S

yeah so anoying, tried to write a sentence 5 times and i couldnt get it to the point that its shown in the chat. other letters also must cause this because i wrote one without a V in it on purpose and still it didnt showed up
