With the merge of Thule (french server) & Caer sidi (english) you caused an issue despite knowing that the server had different main languages. Lets be real neither the french speaker nor the english speakers are happy rn. You get kicked from endgame group content (mutations) cuz you dont speak a certain language. Verbal harrassment/racist comments from both sides on a daily basis. Mass reporting. I see only three options here: Either redo the merge (i honestly think you wont be able to do that), implement language based chats or give us free transfer tokens to move.

I definitely do not agree with that situation you’re commenting about which is currently going on the server after the merges, I think despite the language barrier, it shouldn’t be a reason for harassment or any type of situation like the ones you mentioned where a player is being attacked. Due to this neither it’s enjoying the experience and I do apologize for that.
Rest assured as far as mass reporting goes, we dig deep so we can verify that the report was not indeed a directed attack towards a player, for the rest of situations please refer to the following link with the proper proof of the conducts displayed and our team will definitely take action.
