Everyone on the dead US-East servers went to Pluto because it was the ONLY high pop server not locked. It’s been getting refugees for two weeks. Why have the other high pop servers not been unlocked when they only have 1k pops? The forums have been screaming to get them unlocked and it’s been silent. This needs to be addressed immediately before you have your loyal fanbase up and quit.
