"You have created too many char..." 24 hour ban

At this time, we are currently working on a solution for those who are unable to create new characters. If you’re hitting a black screen on creation, please refrain from leaving it or tabbing out. The queue will pop up and your character will be available. If you did leave queue, refresh your character list to see if that character is then available for log-in.

Continuation of this as your solution doesn’t help someone like me who deleted the char on fresh start…
