In previous iterations of the forums – after the preview last year, after the beta this year, etc. – there were always “those guys” who maintained that the game was fine and playable and would be fine, and AGS should “just release it.” During Alpha, as well. . .
I always said it still needed a lot of work, revisions to major systems, and that it should be delayed.
Now maybe the game itself is not fixable, that’s another issue entirely – but ignoring that possibility, I have to laugh a little bit about the 'just release it now" crowd, cause this bad boy definitely needed more time in the oven. . .

I don’t think anyone disputes the game could have been held back longer and been more polished for launch.
What makes me laugh is how you decided to make a post that is clearly is nothing more then saying i told you so, pat yourself on the back, and pump your own ego.
I’m sure many people other then yourself who played the beta felt the game needed more time. I highly doubt you were the first to reach this conclusion.

Salty? what was salty there? i simply pointed out that his post was nothing more then himself trying to stoke his ego by giving himself credit for seeing something many others did.
I didn’t play the beta but i all ready knew what to expect… This isn’t my first or second or third launch MMO. This is par for the course, I actually like seeing the game from it’s inception and evolving into what it will become to be.
Many other MMO vets didn’t play the game and also knew what to expect… You don’t see us starting threads to proclaim it like we were the only ones to see this.
