Look, I get it, you do not have the power to moderate or review in-game disciplinary decisions. We’ve all seen the cookie cutter response post several times. There was at least one “Dev Video” that spoke to the process.
But the complaints have kept coming.
People are being ARBITRARILY banned for innocuous statements, real or fabricated, and for simply participating in events, like wars, based on roster status. It has been happening for months. A cursory review of actions taken in November reflect that players were victims of mass reports. That was 10 months ago; it is a problem still.
I am asking you to review the process altogether. Something needs to change. The review process obviously does not work. I don’t know the job, I’m sure it’s not easy, but at this point the players left have been with you for almost a year of what is fair to call a “rough launch” and we deserve a system that does not ban us Willy-Nilly. The arbitrariness, the lack of predictability or consistency, has resulted in a lack of confidence among players.
I have never been banned, but gosh, I do not think I’ll get a fair appeal should I be the target of a mass report.

But, yes, something is wrong with the moderation department, AGS. You need to audit your moderation department.
I would not hesitate if I was, but I do not have any connection whatsoever. I see the posts often enough, and have for some time, and I’ve always felt this way.
It’s kind of you to call it a “system.” What they are doing is automating the process to try and save resources, but instead all of the players they do lose by betraying our trust and insulting our common sense are going to cost them their job and this game altogether.
But it’s not all AGS, don’t forget the sorry and weak portion of the community who is abusing the system that shouldn’t even exist.
I used to get behind this, unfortunately i got burned.
A good friend of mine, after i had gone through the process ad nauseum for them trying to assist in the whole process. Finally revealed to me that i should stop helping because they were in fact using something they shouldn’t have.
twice was temporary, the final one was permanent, and it wasn’t until way later after i was red in the face over this process that they let me know.
But the bots I reported twice with video evidence, still running around windward cleaning all motes. The last time a friend of mine tried to call them out in the global chat, he got reported and banned for 3 days. I don’t trust this game anymore and the report system is just dumb
It’s because they copied League of Legends ban system and it’s trash in that game too. They could literally get an intern to do this for few hours per day for free. The population is so low at this point that it’s nonsense not to do it. It’s egregious mismanagement and make sure you think about that before you buy more skins next time.
