Restart steam. If the error pops up again, do the same. I get it right after steam restart 
I have seen some patch notes 9/10 december but I don’t see nothing about issues we have here 
Doesn’t work sadly, at least not for me. I’ve lost count of all the things I’ve tried to do at this point to fix this problem.

Any news on this? I want to participate in new event I bought a game with I can’t play 
Exactly the same thing happening here. Now I just have an additional error to add to the game session error, can’t establish a connection with the server error, and the one that spits out a code. Unfortunately, I think the amount of time it takes to get in now has increased as, and for sure tonight. I’m at 45min of repeatedly hitting play which is a new record.
Also, now the game session error now requires a full exit of the game, because this particular error takes me to the loading screen then kicks me to the screen where you get the news just before the character screen. I loads part of the UI that is now bugged. If I don’t fully exit the game then I will log into bugged out UI and be forced to relog anyways…
I enjoy playing this game when I can get in it, but I’m getting worried I’m gonna hit a wall where it takes over an hour to log in or I just literally cannot get in game.
I have exactly the same problem, the moments were fine after connecting the servers to the same from new
any news? we are waiting for repair since month now

Easycheat you must find the folder start anty cheat first next step start the game

What are you talking about? You can’t run anticheat program before the game, there is no exe file in it. There is only, a setup file with repairs the folder but I did that million times and did not resolve any of those errors. Still cant play 2 months passed by already.
Yeah that does not solve the problem. I have tried that. Its problem on amazon servers and it’s already 2 months that I cant play a game that I paid for.
I had this issue one day… then the game temp banned me from the game, but left someone in my account that was walking around while in a group with my company. When I filed an appeal and advised them that I had reset the password ect… they turned it into a perma ban. So be careful. I had to go on Twitter and throw a fit because they kept refusing to say anything to me in the support chat except to tell me it would stand. Watch out, perma-bans for being hacked… it is the new thing.

Sorry for the long idle on my response, and sorry to hear that you are also facing this issue where it appears the message that your account is connected from another game session.
I see that the devs post some updates to let us know that they are working on this diligently.
I also requested for a more detail update so I can provide more information on my next response, since we understand that they are working on it, but we don’t have any news about the current process or so, I apologize for this inconvenience.

@Cathulhu So any updates for that? Issue still persist and make our tries to login to last 1 hour. It’s annoying to click errors 1 hour to get in to the game.
