Have had two orbs destroyed by bugs in-game. Ticket written and submitted only to get the run around in a dozen automated bot responses increasingly spread out over the course of several weeks.
Several inquiries into the status of the ticket result in, “it was escalated.” For weeks? It should have been a few hours to a day judging by every other title I’ve played in the last 15 years.

i lost one to a server wide lag detected.
and never got one for getting the first codex
sent a ticket and i got both orbs back in a week.

Same problem my deed, 2 M9 lost because server side lagging, I dont know if I have any motivation to keep playing this game, so many things broken and losing even more players, we are jumping into a hole and drowing ourselves in this game : /
