Can confirm I have the same issue. Was thinking it might be the last quest? But there are two more dungeons… if it was last quest was very anti-climactic lol.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Completed Heart of Tempest lvl 59, and no new main story populated, got to lvl 60 real fast to test, and still no new main quest. Cant even play full game now.

If this isnt a bug then the teams communication is way worse than we thought, what, they cant even reply to one of the many threads on this issue that it is intended and currently the end of the main quest? I mean that would be embarrasing for the main quest to end that way, but no where near as embarrasing as literally ignoring a huge bug for 4 weeks+ now.
